Welcome to my website. I’m a printmaker based in Wales, producing limited edition prints of compelling landscapes, as well as luxury, handprinted greetings cards. My small studio overlooks the garden where wild birds often visit, providing me much joy and inspiration.
Spring is Here!
I hope you are enjoying the brighter days and the delights of the season. It’s always a joy seeing the colourful crocuses and daffoldils emerging from their slumber, bringing with them a comforting feeling of resurgence.

Nothing says spring as heartily as joyful lambs leaping in the fields in the spring sunshine. Their bounteous energy is infectious!
This joyous springtime linocut is available as a handprinted greetings card, perfect for any celebration. If you would like to buy one of these, they can be purchased from my Etsy shop: GwensPrintPress.
Latest Work in Progress
After a slightly slow start to the year, I am busy working on a number of linocuts at the moment, ready for upcoming exhibitions. Pictured are the carvings I am using to print Cowbridge Physic Garden. I look forward to sharing the finished print with you soon.

Multiblock Linocut of Margam Castle in the Spring
I am very fortunate to live near Margam where sits the very grand, gothic Margam Castle. This extravagant building, overlooks beautiful flower beds where insects and birds can be seen revelling amongst the perennials. As a frequent visitor and volunteer, I enjoy seeing this enchanting place evolve through the seasons.
My latest multiblock linocut is based on the castle on a spring morning. Cheery daffodils and blossom, light up the awakening landscape; while Canada geese fly noisily, overhead to congregate by the lake.
A framed print of ‘Springtime at Margam Casle’ is currently in Queen Street Gallery in Neath.

Many of my handprinted cards and limited edition art prints are available to buy on the highstreet. For a full list of retailers and to see my upcoming events, please see my events page.
Thank you for your support. All purchases are greatly appreciated.
